Just like last year, Mr Dong sent us a couple of single tree along with his regular production. The biggest trees of the gardens were picked and processed individually, we then blended them together. Compared to the regular Tang Fang Liang Zi cake, the single trees version offers a more intense and complex experience, you'll get a thick mouthfeel followed by good Huigan.
