White tea requires a lot of space to make, it is dried over one to three days in the shade of our factory, on large flat bamboo baskets. We produce it when we haven't collected enough leaves to make pu-erh tea, or when it's raining.
This tea is very soothing, it is an alternative to ripe pu-erh when you have a cold or a hangover. It will warm your body and dispense its sweetness over many brews. Don't hesitate to push the brewing times, boiling it in a pot is also an option!
White tea ages much faster than Pu-erh tea, you will clearly taste its evolution over the months, it is often considered fully mature after five to seven years.
