We processed this tea in the same way as the standard Jingmai Black: overnight oxidation at a cold temperature, resulting in a medium-heavy oxidation.
However, better leaves were used for this tea, good late-autumn material from the ancient tea gardens. You can compare with the standard grade and see if you can taste the difference.
This one displays more overall strength. You'll get more of the mouth-coating feel and frothiness. You'll also be able to extract more brews out of it. Better brewed Gongfu style to get the most out of this tea.
