We went back to Jingmai for the mid-autumn festival and took advantage of the splendid weather to make a bit of tea. Our Liu Dui garden was sprouting, we haven't pruned it in years and the tea trees have grown quite tall.
You can taste the quality of the material, we were really surprised by how it performed at this time of the year. Only days after its production, it was very pleasant with no harshness, fragrant and sweet!
