Here is the first tea of Spring 2021, it is grown on Yingpan Mountain, 20km away from Pu'er City. The tea gardens are being converted to organic plantations, pesticides haven't been used for five years. This is about the earliest tea you can get around here, the production started in late February.
A staple from Yunnan, this tea is well processed and has everything you'd expect: chocolatey fragrance, soft texture and decent sweetness. If you brew it gongfu style, you can expect five strong brews from this tea, you can also enjoy it in a mug or a large teapot.
