We didn't make much tea in our factory in Autumn 2023, this is a very limited release.
Most of the tea was processed in a wok by Yubai in our tea factory. The Autumn 2023 season was relatively warm and rainy, but we managed to make a few good batches with Ancient garden material from Da Ping Zhang plateau.
It has a good balance of typical Jingmai autumnal fragrance, light bitterness and medium thickness. The tea feels active and leaves a particularly good sweetness in your throat over the session. You can expect to extract about six strong brews from this tea.
